We received a beautiful carrot from the farm.
I really wanted to prepare as fresh as possible and
also I didn't want to waste anything.
農家から美しい人参が届きました。できるだけ新鮮な状態で、なおかつ無駄の
ない料理を考えました。
Result:
Glazed carrots & Carrot Furikake
The furikake topping is made from the leaves with bonito (katsuobushi), soy,and chirimen (young sardines)
