豆乳を使った生地に茨城の納豆を混ぜて、こんがりと焼き上げた、世界初の納豆入りワッフルです。ワッフル本来の味に、大豆お甘みや風味がほんのりと加わりました。
It is the world's first natto waffle made with a dough of soymilk and Ibaraki's natto nicely browned baked.
To create an original taste of the waffle, soybean sweetness and flavor were slightly added.

このベーカリーは東京の代々木地区で始まり、上田の江戸時代の建物に二号店を開店しました。 素朴な内装の店内は、自然に発酵した職人のパンと良く合っています。 彼らは、全粒小麦粉を使ったパン、フランスのバゲット、果物や野菜で満たされた季節のパンを販売しています。 多くの人がパンを買って家に持ち帰りますが、店内でコーヒーや紅茶を飲んでパンを楽しんだり、ランチタイムにサンドイッチを食べたりすることもできます。
This bakery began in Tokyo’s Yoyogi area and opened a secondary shop in one of Ueda’s Edo period buildings. The rustic interior of the shop resonates well with their naturally-leavened artisan breads. They sell wholewheat bread, French baguettes, and seasonal breads filled with fruits and vegetables. Many people buy loaves to take home, but you can also stay and enjoy your bread with a coffee or tea, or have a sandwich during lunchtime.
