私はMagokoro Farmから野菜を定期的に受け取っています。
これらの野菜は とても大切に栽培されています。
そんな貴重な野菜を箱で受け取るのは贅沢だと感じています。
農家の皆さんの この野菜作りの労力を考えると、私は、おいしい料理を一生懸命作らなければと思い 感謝の気持ちで一杯になります。
I receive regularly a selection of vegetables from Magokoro Farm.
These vegetables are grown with great care.
It is a luxury to receive such a box with vegetables at my home.
When I think of the hard work and problems the farmer has to grow these vegetables,
I become grateful and devoted to prepare delicious dishes.
トマトで煮込んだセロリは典型的なベルギー料理です。
ベルギーでは、マッシュポテトやゆでたジャガイモで食べますが、チーズトッピングしたパスタ、そうめん、うどんなどもこのレシピに合っています。
Celery stewed with tomatoes is a typical Belgian dish.
Belgian people eat it with mashed or boiled potatoes,
but pasta, somen or udon topped with cheese will fit this recipe too.
夫のために肉団子を作り、自分には、木綿豆腐ダンゴを作りました。
I made o niku-dango for my husband and for me momen-tofu dango.
ベルギーではこの料理を出す前日に作ります。
こうすると 熟成されていい味になります。
Belgian make this dish the day before serving.
This way, the flavours have time to communicate.

With feelings of gratitude and appreciation,
I am looking back at the exhibition of Diane Claeys Antique Lace Collection
in Yokohama Sogo Museum, Kyoto Isetan Museum and Shibuya Shoto Museum.
Many visitors came to catch the cultural value of the lace from the past.
To receive such a great attention for the art of lace,
will encourage me to challenge in the future
to continue to convey the serenity and delicacy of lace.
Lace gives wonderful opportunities for communication.
This way, people feel connected with each other.
The serene atmosphere of lace creates the idea to convey
peaceful thoughts towards the world.
I would like to give full acknowledgement to many people
who made it possible to realize such a successful lace exhibition!

ご来場の皆様はじめ スタッフの皆様に 厚く御礼申し上げます。
私は 今 皆様への多大な感謝の気持ちとともに 横浜、京都、渋谷の各会場での展示会を振り返っています。
多くの方々が アンティークレースの文化的価値に触れるため 会場に足を運んでくださり、また
レースの芸術性に大きな興味を持っていただけたことは、
非常に勇気づけられ、静謐な繊細なレースをこれからも皆様に
