大根おろしが降り注ぐ雪のようです。...それが名前の意味です。
Grated daikon radish turns to falling snow... that's the idea behind the name.

さくらシーズンが迫っていますが、
長野にはかなりの雪がまだ降っていました。
Although sakura season is around the corner,
we had quite some snow in Nagano.

非常に寒かったので、私たちは、真冬の料理を作ることに決めました。
